Asscher Blue Moissanite Earrings

Blue Asscher cut moissanite earrings, each stone held in a smooth bezel and hung as a short drop. The bezel wraps the square step cut in a rim of metal, which suits the Asscher's clipped corners and frames the blue so it reads as a solid block of colour, and the drop lets the stone swing just below the lobe and catch the light. Blue step cuts are the look of sapphire earrings from the 1930s, done here in a stone that is harder than sapphire and far brighter.
