When you order, we choose a moissanite for your ring, then cast and finish the setting by hand in your ring size and metal at our studio in Bhavnagar, Gujarat. Crafting takes about 8–10 business days. Every ring is checked before it is boxed, stamped with its purity mark (925, 10K, 14K, 18K or PLT) and sent with free insured, tracked shipping that needs a signature on delivery.

Your ring comes with a Bhumi Gems certificate of authenticity that records the stone, carat and metal. It is our own card, written for your piece; independent laboratory reports are not included.

Choosing a Shape and Size

Start with the outline you love. Round and cushion stones give the most classic sparkle. Oval, pear, marquise and emerald stones are longer, so they cover more of the finger for the same carat size. For old-world character, our old European cut and old mine cut rings have broader facets and a softer, flickering sparkle.

Moissanite is slightly lighter than diamond, so a stone the size of a 1 carat diamond weighs a little less. That is why each listing gives a diamond-equivalent carat size together with the stone's millimetre measurements. Solitaire, Halo, Three Stone or Bezel?

  • Solitaire: one center stone on a clean band, and the easiest style to pair with almost any wedding band.
  • Halo: a frame of small stones around the center makes the ring look larger and adds sparkle. A hidden halo sits under the center stone instead, so it shows mainly from the side.
  • Three stone: a center stone with two side stones, often in a contrasting shape such as pear, baguette or trillion.
  • Bezel: a thin metal rim surrounds the stone and protects its edge, which makes it a practical choice for busy hands.

Which Metal for Everyday Wear?

For a ring you will wear every day, 14K gold balances durability and color. 10K is the hardest and most affordable gold, 18K has a richer color but is softer, and platinum is naturally white, holds stones securely and never needs re-plating. 925 sterling silver suits a smaller budget or occasional wear and needs an occasional polish.

Moissanite or Lab-Grown Diamond?

Moissanite is its own gemstone (silicon carbide), not a diamond. It is very hard, at 9.25 on the Mohs scale, shows more colorful fire than a diamond and costs far less per carat, so a larger stone stays within reach. How long will my moissanite engagement ring take to arrive?

Each ring is made to order, which takes about 8–10 business days. Free standard shipping then usually takes 8–20 business days, or 6–9 business days with express delivery ($24.99). If you have a proposal date in mind, tell us when you order and we will say honestly whether it is realistic.

Is moissanite a diamond?

No. Moissanite is a separate gemstone made of silicon carbide. It looks similar to a diamond but shows more rainbow fire, and we always describe it as moissanite.

Will moissanite get cloudy over time?

Moissanite does not turn cloudy with age. If your ring looks dull, it is usually a film of lotion, soap or skin oil. Warm water, a drop of mild dish soap and a soft toothbrush bring the sparkle back.

Can I change the stone size, shape or metal?

Many stone sizes and all of our metals can be selected on each ring. For a combination you do not see, send us the product link on WhatsApp or by email and we will tell you whether we can make it and the price. Custom pieces are final sale, so we confirm every detail with you before we start.

Can I buy a matching wedding band?

Yes. Many designs come as a bridal set, and our moissanite wedding bands include plain, half eternity and full eternity styles. If you are not sure which band will sit neatly beside your ring, message us and we will suggest options.

What comes with my ring?

Every ring ships with a Bhumi Gems certificate of authenticity stating the stone, carat and metal. Independent laboratory reports are not included.

Do I have to pay import duties?

Our prices do not include import duties or taxes. Depending on your country, customs may charge them when the parcel arrives, and they are paid by the buyer. Ask us before you order and we will share what we know for your destination.

Can I return my ring?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unworn and in its original packaging. For a change of mind you pay the return shipping and a 10% restocking fee applies. Resized, engraved and custom pieces are final sale.
