Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on every order to every country we ship to. Every parcel is fully insured, sent with tracking and requires a signature on delivery.
Where we ship
We ship from India to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, the UAE, Singapore and the other countries offered at checkout, wherever the shipment of fine jewelry is permitted.
Crafting and delivery times
- Ready-to-ship pieces: dispatched within a few business days.
- Made-to-order pieces: about 8–10 business days to craft before dispatch.
- Standard delivery: usually 8–20 business days after dispatch.
- Express delivery: available on request for $24.99, usually 6–9 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and can change during holidays or because of customs checks.
Carriers and tracking
We ship with USPS, FedEx, UPS and DHL. As soon as your order leaves our workshop, we email you the tracking number.
Customs duties and taxes
Import duties or taxes may be charged by your country and are collected by the carrier. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Address and delivery problems
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away so we can correct it before dispatch. If your parcel is lost, damaged or delayed, email support@bhumigems.com with your order number — we will work with the carrier and our insurer to make it right.
