Common Questions

Can I buy only the engagement ring or only the band from a set?

Message us with the product link and tell us which ring you need. Many of our engagement rings are also listed on their own in our moissanite engagement rings collection.

What does TCW mean on a bridal set?

TCW is total carat weight: the combined weight of every stone in the set, including the band. The center stone size is listed separately on each product.

Can the two rings be different sizes?

Yes. Some people wear the band on a different finger. Tell us both sizes in the order note or by message.

How long does a bridal set take to make?

About 8–10 business days, then free standard shipping usually takes 8–20 business days, or 6–9 business days with express delivery ($24.99).

Can I return a bridal set?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery if both rings are unworn and in their original packaging. For a change of mind you pay the return shipping and a 10% restocking fee applies. Resized, engraved and custom pieces are final sale.
