These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of bhumigems.com (the "Site") and to every purchase you make from Bhumi Gems ("Bhumi Gems", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. About us

Bhumi Gems is a jewelry business based at 18/A Hariram Baug, Bor Talav Road, Bhavnagar, Gujarat 364002, India. You can reach us at support@bhumigems.com or +91 99131 43599.

2. Using the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree to give accurate information and not to misuse the Site, including by trying to access it without permission, interfering with how it works or using it for any unlawful purpose.

3. Our jewelry

  • Our pieces are set with moissanite or laboratory-grown diamonds. Moissanite is its own gemstone and is not a natural or lab-grown diamond; we describe every stone accordingly.
  • Most pieces are handcrafted to order. Because each piece is made by hand, small differences in measurements, stone weight and appearance from product photos are normal. Stated carat weights and dimensions are approximate.
  • Colors and sparkle can look different on different screens and in different light.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless another currency is displayed. We may change prices at any time, but the price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment partners, such as PayPal. Customs duties or import taxes charged in your country are your responsibility unless we tell you otherwise.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email or ship it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price or description was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.

6. Custom and personalized orders

For custom designs, engraving, resizing or other changes you request, please check the details you give us, including ring size, spelling and design approvals. Custom and personalized pieces are final sale, except where they arrive defective or different from what we agreed.

7. Shipping, risk and delivery

Shipping is free and insured, as described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier and insurer to resolve it.

8. Returns and refunds

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Reviews and content you send us

Reviews, photos and other content you share with us must be honest, lawful and your own. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display and reproduce that content on the Site and in our marketing. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including designs, photographs, text, logos and the Bhumi Gems name, belongs to Bhumi Gems or its licensors. You may not copy or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Third-party services

We use third-party services such as Shopify and PayPal to run the Site and process payments. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services.

12. Disclaimer

Except for the commitments in these Terms and any rights that cannot be excluded by law, the Site and our products are provided "as is". We do not promise that the Site will always be available or error-free.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Bhumi Gems is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or our products, and our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to compensate Bhumi Gems for losses caused by your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India, unless the consumer law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
