We have 30 days return policy or exchange on listed items. Please note that returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation. Once the item is received it will be inspected and a refund will be issued in 6-7 working days. Please note the return shipping cost has to be paid by the customer.
Do you have payment plans?
Yes, you can pay us in 3-4 installments. 60% of the total amount has to be paid before we start with the project, Once the jewelry is completed and approved you can pay us the balance amount. Note: The full payment must be paid before we can ship out the jewelry.

Can I change my address once an order is placed?
You may however, it won’t be possible after the order is shipped out. If your package gets lost during transit due to wrong address we are not responsible for it. Please make sure your address is correct at time of placing an order.

READ THIS POST!! When my wife commented on this ring on Bhumi Gems I knew she had to have it. However, it did loom too good to be true. A HUGE moissanite ring and 14 karat gold for a good price. My expectations were met and exceeded along with my wife. She absolutely LOVES this ring and it was delivered quickly. We are very happy with bhumi gems and highly recommended them.
