Item Condition: The item must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original tags and packaging.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% may be applied to returns for reasons other than product defects.
Return Reason and Fees:
- Customer Responsibility (Remorse): If the return is due to customer remorse or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and the restocking fee.
- Defective Item: If the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs, and no restocking fee will be applied.
Return Process:
- Contact us to initiate the return process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible, and include the RMA number.
- Ship the item back to the address provided by us.
Refund:
Upon receiving the returned item and inspecting its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days after the return is received and approved.
Please note that certain items, such as personalized products, perishable goods, and clearance items, may not be eligible for return. Additionally, any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a refund.
