Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Return Method: By Mail

Item Condition: The item must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original tags and packaging.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% may be applied to returns for reasons other than product defects.

Return Reason and Fees:

  • Customer Responsibility (Remorse): If the return is due to customer remorse or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and the restocking fee.
  • Defective Item: If the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs, and no restocking fee will be applied.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us to initiate the return process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible, and include the RMA number.
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided by us.

Upon receiving the returned item and inspecting its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days after the return is received and approved.

Please note that certain items, such as personalized products, perishable goods, and clearance items, may not be eligible for return. Additionally, any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a refund.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply make request to us via e-mail on [email protected] within 5 days of product delivered, return it within 30 days for an exchange or full refund (customers are responsible for return shipping and bare to its charge).
Please allow up to 6-7 business days for your refund to be processed. We take pride that our jewelry is produced with exceptional standards and care.
Please note: Your purchase comes with a jewelry box. If the box is not returned in its original condition with your order, there will be a $10 fee deducted from your refund.
