We have 30 days return policy or exchange on listed items. Please note that returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation. Once the item is received it will be inspected and a refund will be issued in 6-7 working days. Please note the return shipping cost has to be paid by the customer.

Yes, you can pay us in 3-4 installments. 60% of the total amount has to be paid before we start with the project, Once the jewelry is completed and approved you can pay us the balance amount. Note: The full payment must be paid before we can ship out the jewelry.
